Hobbs, PresidentWalter is a Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam from 1967–1968 and is a 1971 graduate of UNC. He left a banking career to join Loftin & Company in 1974. Walter has been on the board of the Printing Industry of the Carolinas and is on the board of directors of the Gaston County Heart Society.
