Installation is easy...

Adobe CS:   
Drag the NexPress 2100 plug-in onto the open distiller
Select NexPress 2100 as printer in distiller
Export a .pdf from your Adobe CS application targetting the NexPress 2100.
You have just created a 600 dpi file for the NexPress

When ready to export a PDF from InDesign, go to FILE--Adobe Pdf
presets, choose NexPress_bleed, and export the resulting file to
your chosen location. This will yield a NexPress ready pdf which
will be your document size plus .125" bleeds all around.
You may verify this size in Acrobat after the PDF is created.

Quark users:
Open Distiller
Drag the NexPress 2100 plug-in onto the open distiller
Select NexPress 2100 as printer in distiller
Create a .ps file from Quark using a postscript driver
Distill the .ps file targetting the NexPress 2100
You have just created a 600 dpi file for the NexPress
